Job summary

ECOMOBI CORPORATION PTE. LTD. in Jakarta seeks a hands-on Livestream Technician to ensure premium visual and audio quality for all live broadcasts. You will set up lighting, camera angles, and professional audio, and operate OBS Studio for overlays and transitions to deliver a polished look.

Responsibilities include real-time monitoring, rapid troubleshooting, asset management, and collaboration with a results-driven team across the region. Bahasa Indonesia and basic English are required.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6 months of experience in technical production or livestream tech.
• Proficiency with OBS Studio and basic lighting and audio concepts.
• Detail-oriented, technically savvy with a good eye for visual composition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-fidelity visual/audio quality for all live broadcasts.
• Handle studio setup: lighting (Key/Fill/Backlight), camera angles, and professional audio.
• Operate OBS Studio and Vmix for overlays, transitions, and green screen effects.
• Monitor the live feed in real time and troubleshoot network or software issues.
• Maintain and manage studio equipment and inventory at the Indonesia branch.

Job description

Ensure high-fidelity visual/audio quality and technical stability for all live broadcasts.

Technical Setup: Responsible for studio lighting (Key/Fill/Backlight), camera angles, and professional audio configuration to ensure a "Premium" look.

Software Operation: OBS/Vmix for live production—handling overlays, frame transitions, scene switching, and green screen effects.

Real-time Troubleshooting: Monitor the live feed 100% of the time to immediately resolve network issues, audio lags, or software glitches.

Asset Management: Maintain and manage studio equipment and technical inventory at the Indonesia branch.

Requirements:

Experience: Arround 6 months in technical production or videography, or livestream tech.

Skills: Experience in OBS Studio, understanding of lighting physics and audio mixing.

Attributes: Detail-oriented, technically savvy, and a good eye for visual composition.

Language: Bahasa Indonesia; Basic English (to understand technical documentation).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Technical Uptime (zero-glitch sessions), Visual/Audio Quality Score, and Equipment Maintenance Grade.

Monthly income: Base salary + allowances

Parking allowance: 250,000/month
