Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Trainer to ensure effective training and development of moderation teams, adapting to evolving policies. The role involves designing programs, creating materials, and conducting onboarding sessions to uphold high performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of training experience in a BPO setting, and strong English communication skills (C1). Ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research.
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
• Test and review created materials.
• Maintain a database of all training materials.
• Instruct employee training and onboarding.
• Review employee performance and learning.
• Conduct training classes on policy/product.
• Responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Knowledge transfer for any identified knowledge issues.

Key skills and experienc

• Proficient English (at least C1 level)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

• Training and coaching skill experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, - PowerPoint) and Internet applications
