As a Trainer at NBO Indonesia, you’ll create learning experiences that inspire individuals, strengthen teams, and help organizations achieve meaningful change. More than delivering training, you’ll facilitate conversations, challenge perspectives, and create environments where people learn, grow, and apply new capabilities with confidence.

Working across industries and leadership levels, you’ll collaborate with consultants, coaches, psychologists, and subject matter experts to deliver engaging programs that address real business and people challenges. Every session is an opportunity to create impact, one learner at a time.

What You'll Do

• Creating engaging learning experiences that build knowledge, develop skills, shift mindsets, and inspire lasting behavioral change.
• Facilitating impactful workshops and learning journeys that inspire participation, reflection, and behavioral change.
• Helping participants connect learning with real workplace challenges so new capabilities translate into meaningful action.
• Creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every participant feels encouraged to contribute and grow.
• Collaborating with consultants, coaches, and subject matter experts to design and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Providing constructive feedback and coaching that supports individual growth and development.
• Continuously enhancing your facilitation skills and learning methodologies to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in facilitation, training, adult learning, or capability development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
