Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in psychological assessment, talent assessment, or organizational development is preferred.
• Professional certifications in assessment tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and report-writing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
