You will work alongside consultants and organizational leaders to support leadership development, performance improvement, and career growth, delivering coaching that creates lasting impact. This role emphasizes ongoing learning and practical application across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
• Coaching certification or relevant coaching experience preferred.
• Professional certifications in assessment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
