• Designing integrated consulting solutions across business strategy, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.
• Developing compelling proposals, frameworks, and recommendations that translate ideas into practical solutions.
• Facilitating meaningful conversations and collaborative workshops that align stakeholders and inspire action.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary experts to deliver seamless consulting, learning, coaching, and assessment solutions.
• Monitoring project progress and evaluating outcomes to ensure meaningful impact.
• Contributing to thought leadership and innovation that strengthens NBO's consulting capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Experience in consulting, human capital, organizational development, talent management, business strategy, learning and development, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
