Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Education, or related field.
• Coaching certification or relevant coaching experience preferred.
• Professional certifications in assessment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coaching conversations that promote self-awareness and growth.
• Support leaders and professionals in achieving meaningful development goals.
• Create a safe, trusting coaching environment to enable reflection and action.
• Apply coaching methodologies and evidence-based approaches to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Collaborate with consultants, trainers, and assessors to integrate coaching into org development.
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful growth while promoting lifelong learning.
• Continuously develop coaching capabilities through practice and supervision.
