Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Revenue Growth Management professional to optimize trade spend and drive commercial performance. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations that boost profitability and ROI across the business.

We value analytical thinkers with 5+ years in relevant roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau. This is a permanent, full-time position in our global finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Revenue Growth Management or related commercial roles.
• Strong analytics translating data to insights.
• Experience in trade spend management and promotion analysis.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management; FMCG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade expenditure forecasting, accruals, and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance to drive RGM initiatives.
• Improve trade investment processes and AP claims accuracy.
• Monitor trade spend and promo performance; identify opportunities.
• Track key commercial metrics to drive revenue growth.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Prepare insights and recommendations for leadership reviews.
• Promote best practices in data-driven decision making.
