Job summary

PermataBank is seeking a Trade Finance Operations Specialist to support import transactions by executing LC issuance, document examination, and settlement in line with policies. You will ensure fast, precise, and compliant processing while mitigating risks and maintaining strong relationships with related units.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 2+ years in Trade Finance Operations or related banking operations, with the ability to work independently or in a team and English

• At least 2 years in Trade Finance Operations or related banking operations.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Job Description :

• Supporting the smooth operation of import transactions by executing import unit transaction processes (LC Issuance, Import Document Examination, Import Settlement, and other supporting transactions) in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
• Delivering work fast, precise, and accurate services, while mitigating operational risks, maintaining effective relationships with supported work units

Job Requirements :

• Minimum education of S1 from any major
• At least 2 year of experience in Trade Finance Operation, Banking Operations - Trade Operations & Custodian, Banking Operations Operational Risk
• Reliable, able to work independently or in a team
• Ability to speak English or other foreign languages is a plus
