Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare is seeking an Operations professional to manage tours in Indonesia, coordinating with Sales, hotel teams, and inbound operations. You will ensure SOP compliance, maintain documentation, and provide timely support to clients.

The role requires 2–4 years in tour operations or MICE operations, strong itinerary management skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Proficiency with MS Office and booking/CRM tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Tour Operations or MICE Operations.
• Strong understanding of itinerary management, supplier coordination, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with booking systems or CRM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage operational documentation for confirmed bookings (Go-Ahead).
• Coordinate with suppliers for hotel, transport, and service arrangements.
• Handle itinerary changes, flight updates, and re-pricing when needed.
• Provide accurate information and support to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor service quality and ensure SOP compliance.
