Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Indonesia is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage tours and events within defined SOPs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. The role involves coordinating with Sales, hotels, inbound operations and external suppliers to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service delivery.

You will plan itineraries, manage costs, secure confirmations, and deliver exceptional travel experiences from pre‑sale through post‑event.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent required.
• Professional English in written and spoken form; other languages are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in MICE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Regular communication with the Manager on project development and reporting.
• Plan, prepare and coordinate operations activities for assigned markets, including budgeting, confirmations and itinerary planning.
• Manage changes to tour components (hotels, coaches, guides, attractions) before go-ahead.
• Prepare invoices and credits; check purchase orders and finalize documents.
• Coordinate with Hotel Reservations, Inbound Operations and 3rd party suppliers.
• Maintain deadlines and ensure profitability within company guidelines.
• Provide ongoing after-sales contact with clients and troubleshoot tour issues.
