Job summary

CASCO SEA (Casco Automotive Group - An Amphenol Company) seeks a maintenance professional to support daily manufacturing maintenance ensuring machines run smoothly.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering and at least 2 years of experience in equipment control and maintenance, with knowledge of TPM, 6S, and lean methods. Strong leadership and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing equipment control and maintenance.
• Knowledge of 6S and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Team-oriented with leadership skills.
• Structured method of operation and ability to work well under pressure.
• Independent, motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and alignment with OHS&E and IATF 16949 requirements.

• Establish & implement maintenance plan for equipment, fixtures and tooling; conduct planned preventive maintenance.

• Provide maintenance coverage for production areas.
• Maintain a clean, compliant working area with environmental standards.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for working in a group environment in supports the manufacturing in daily maintenance to ensure the machine running smoothly.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

1. Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing for equipment control and maintenance, fresh graduates with high achievement, open-minded and fast-learning are also welcomed.

4. Has knowledge in 6S and lean manufacturing methodologies

5. Have experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)

6. Team-oriented, flexible with strong leadership skills.

7. Structured method of operation, self-dependent with an ability to work well under pressure and given deadlines.

8. Independent, motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.

9. Ensure daily tasks are performed in alignment with OHS&E practices and applicable standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and Automotive Quality Management System (IATF 16949)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Ensure the delivery of the business needs by performing effective troubleshooting.

2. Establish & implement maintenance plan of equipment, fixture and tooling and planned preventive maintenance routines.

3. Maximize the use of production equipment.

4. Supporting production activities to ensure all the machines run smoothly.

5. Responsible for production plan execution and productivity goals achievement.

6. Ensure maintenance cover for production areas is provided.

7. Maintain and keep working area to meet environmental requirements and regulation compliance.
