Job summary

Job description

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in MES system maintenance, implementation, technical support, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, assembly, or related industries is highly preferred.

Good understanding of MES system architecture and core modules, including data collection, production traceability, process control, and reporting.

Able to perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue diagnosis independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.

Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.

Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment, including shift work and emergency support when required.
