Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia seeks a Tooling & Equipment Administrator – SMT/DIP to support tooling, fixtures, and production equipment in our Batam facility. You will leverage SAP/ERP, Excel, and basic 2D drawings to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in tooling or manufacturing, and be able to read drawings, handle measurement tools like calipers and micrometers, and support overtime when required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in tooling, equipment, fixture, warehouse, or production support.
Experience in SMT/DIP or electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
Able to read basic 2D mechanical drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Familiar with measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Understanding of tooling/fixture structures and basic mechanical principles.
Familiar with ESD and 5S requirements.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and support overtime/shift requirements when necessary.
