Job summary

PT DBG Technology Indonesia is seeking a skilled DIP/PCBA manufacturing specialist to support production lines in Batam. The role requires hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly, along with a strong understanding of IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements.

The ideal candidate will read BOMs and Gerber files, analyze data in Excel, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility for shifts and overtime is expected to maintain output and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant DIP/PCBA manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with DIP, wave soldering, AOI, and PCB assembly processes.
• Familiar with IPC-A-610 and ESD requirements.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, formulas, and basic data analysis.
• Able to read BOM, Gerber files, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Job description
