Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking entry-level sales-oriented professionals in Nabire. Minimum educational background is Diploma (D3) in engineering, all majors, or sales-related fields, with a GPA of at least 2.75.

The role emphasizes credit control, customer data management, and proactive sales activities within the territory. The successful candidates will monitor receivables, negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and coordinate inspections to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 in all major/engineering/sales representative major.
• GPA minimum 2.75.

Responsibilities

• Monitor receivables and follow up outstanding payments to support healthy cash flow.
• Provide reports on market conditions and lost sales to support decision-making and sales improvement.
• Maintain accurate customer data, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipeline in the system.
• Conduct sales negotiations and manage order-to-payment including PO receipt, invoicing, delivery confirmation, and A/R collection.
• Provide customer quotations based on approved pricing, delivery time, and payment terms.
• Coordinate customer inquiries and inspection findings to support timely resolution and strengthen relationships.
• Prepare inspection reports and present recommendations within 24 hours after inspection.
• Record visits, inspections, and updates in the system to maintain accurate sales information.
• Plan and conduct customer visits and inspections to identify needs and generate opportunities for closures.
• Create visit and inspection activity plans to ensure effective customer coverage in the territory.
