Job summary

Area Distributor Executive role at JTI in Indonesia involves implementing a distribution strategy and collaborating with local distributor partners to ensure sales targets and efficient product coverage.

You will lead distributor operations, work with field marketing to raise awareness, manage financial processes with partners, and coach the team to deliver strong results while maintaining compliant practices.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of supervisory experience in sales, channel management, distribution and/or field trade marketing, preferably with multinational FMCG.
• Proven ability to manage and develop team members through various development interventions.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Implement standard distributor route and coverage strategy to optimize product distribution.
• Plan and monitor sales activity and performance across distributors to meet targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and service quality to achieve optimal stock levels.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with distributor partners to achieve shared objectives.
• Collaborate with field marketing to increase product awareness and sell-out in targeted territory.
• Ensure financial documentation and compliance with corporate policies for distributor partnerships.
• Coach and develop team members to meet required competencies and productivity.
