Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in sales or distribution within FMCG.
• Proven experience managing distributors and driving sales through distributor networks.
• Strong understanding of sales operations and route-to-market principles.
• Experience leading field sales teams and coaching them.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
