Job summary

Japan Tobacco International Indonesia is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Executive to coordinate regional field marketing activities, monitor investments, and work with Area Managers to implement campaigns aligned with portfolio priorities and commercial goals.

You will manage budgets, consolidate cross-functional plans with Head Office and ensure timely communication and issue resolution, while gathering market feedback to drive continuous improvements in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Field Marketing, Sales Operations, Trade Marketing, Commercial Excellence, or related role.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint for creating presentations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of regional field marketing activities in line with approved portfolio priorities and commercial plans.
• Support Area Managers in preparing and executing field marketing initiatives for timely implementation.
• Monitor execution progress and elevate issues where needed.
• Prepare regular reports on investment utilization and execution performance.
