Job summary

Japan Tobacco International Indonesia is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to lead trade and field marketing operations at the area level, aligning with guidelines while proposing bottom-up initiatives that address consumer needs within the Bandung area.

The role focuses on executing programs, forecasting across channels, evaluating post-program results, and collaborating with Area Manager and Sales Supervisors to drive demand creation and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in marketing, field marketing or event planning in FMCG/tobacco.
• Strong knowledge of trade and field marketing processes across channels.
• Experience supervising direct/indirect team members in merchandising.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Proficient with MS Office and delivering professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager in executing and controlling demand creation programs.
• Identify sales opportunities within the assigned territory and develop weekly sales forecasts.
• Develop post-program evaluation reports and propose action plans for improvements.
• Provide recommendations on market competitiveness and opportunities for demand creation programs.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisors to align KPIs with marketing objectives.
• Strengthen demand creation planning and execution capabilities with the team.
