Job summary

PT Forward and Beyond Indonesia is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team in West Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role focuses on managing and expanding existing accounts, while identifying new business opportunities within the territory.

You will drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships to contribute to our company’s growth trajectory. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, fluency in Indonesian and English, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in account management or sales roles.
• Strong understanding of the sales process including prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Target-driven mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory
• Develop and execute account strategies tailored to individual client needs and objectives
• Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations to prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations and customer support to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and performance metrics
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
