Job summary

ZINIT is seeking a Tender Support Manager in Jakarta to strengthen supplier partnerships, boost supplier participation in tenders, and support enterprise sourcing outcomes. This role emphasizes relationship-building with suppliers across industries and close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and leadership teams.

You will guide suppliers through the tender process, ensure timely submissions, analyze tender results, and work from the Jakarta office five days a week.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence external partners.
• Analytical mindset and comfort with digital platforms and AI tools.
• Fluent Indonesian and English.
• Office-based in Jakarta 5 days a week.
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, procurement, sourcing, tenders, supply chain, distributors, manufacturers, or enterprise customers (nice to have).
