Job summary

Advanced Offshore in Indonesia is seeking an experienced tender specialist to respond to inquiries, prepare tenders and RFQs for oil and gas clients in Indonesia and across SE Asia.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to compile documents, ensure compliance, and manage deadlines. Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills are required; willingness to work overtime and independently.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with oil & gas experience and at least 1 year.
• Bachelor's degree; engineering preferred.
• Familiar with BPMIGAS Tender Procurement Process and PTK 007.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong MS Office, internet, and computer skills.
• Good interpersonal communication.
• Willing to work overtime and independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and gather bid documents for tendering and pre-qualification.
• Coordinate departments for tendering, bidding, and contract review.
• Manage bid requirements across planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Crewing.
• Collate tender information from past records and online sources.
• Support Commercial Department in client relationships.
• Ensure tender submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare contracts, project estimates, and bills of quantities.
• Monitor tender due dates and prepare submissions.
