Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Tender Architect in Indonesia to lead end-to-end tender efforts, collaborating with Sales, Product Managers, and Supply Chain to deliver winning proposals. The role focuses on designing optimal, compliant solutions across Schneider Electric portfolios and ensuring robust commercial analyses.

You will engage with customers, manage cross-functional teams, and drive risk-aware pricing strategies to protect margins while remaining competitive in the market.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end tender preparation activities from RFQ/RFP receipt until submission.
• Analyze customer specifications, commercial requirements, and technical documentation.
• Develop winning bid strategies in collaboration with Sales and Business Units.
• Coordinate tender schedules and ensure timely proposal submission.
• Define and architect optimal Schneider Electric solutions based on customer requirements.
• Select suitable products, systems, and services from Schneider Electric portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations, pricing calculations, and profitability analysis.
• Optimize solution design to achieve targeted margins while maintaining competitiveness.
• Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Support internal approval processes and pricing reviews.
• Engage customers during clarification meetings and technical discussions.
