Schneider Electric is seeking a Tender Engineer to manage end-to-end tendering for Category D and transactional opportunities, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive proposals.

This role strengthens governance, margin discipline, and operational efficiency to deliver faster, simpler, and technically excellent offers to customers, enabling sustainable business growth within a global, inclusive team.

• Ensure governance compliance (DoA, pricing, margin guidelines, risk).
• Manage technical clarifications and deviations with customers.
• Collaborate with factories and engineering teams for accurate offer configuration.
• Apply market-based pricing strategies and monitor offer performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and service teams; maintain forecast.
