Job summary

Schneider Electric in Indonesia seeks a Senior Design Firm Sales to strengthen relationships with M&E consultants and design firms, driving technical specifications and adoption of solutions across major Indonesian projects, with emphasis on Data Center deployments.

You will engage design firms, translate project requirements into electrical architectures, and influence early-stage specifications while coordinating with regional teams across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and the ability to understand complex electrical systems and project requirements.
• Good understanding of mission-critical and Data Center electrical infrastructure, including system architecture, reliability, availability, protection, power quality, energy management, and monitoring concepts.
• Ability to read and review electrical specifications, single-line diagrams, consultant drawings, and tender documents.
• Strong specification-development and consultant-influence capability.
• Ability to develop technically sound and commercially appropriate recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement and specification activities with design firms, M&E consultants, engineering consultants, and other project influencers throughout Indonesia.
• Act as a senior technical advisor for Data Center projects from concept design and design development through detailed engineering, tender, and project execution.
• Understand consultant and project requirements and translate them into suitable electrical distribution, power management, automation, digital, and related solution architectures.
• Drive early-stage specification influence so that appropriate technologies and solutions are considered during project design.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international design firms involved in Indonesian projects.
