Schneider Electric Indonesia is seeking a Tender Architect to lead end-to-end tender management and design customer solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, and Finance to craft competitive proposals that meet technical specs and commercial targets.

Responsibilities include defining solution architectures, preparing cost estimates, and managing risk and compliance while driving continuous improvement in tender processes.

• Lead end-to-end tender preparation from RFQ/RFP receipt to submission.
• Define and architect optimal Schneider Electric solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare cost estimations, pricing calculations, and profitability analysis.
• Act as central liaison between sales, engineering, product, supply chain, finance, and legal.
• Review contractual terms and identify technical/commercial risks.
• Maintain tender documentation and capture lessons learned.

The Role: Tender Architect

What will you do?

Tender Management

• Lead end-to-end tender preparation activities from RFQ/RFP receipt until submission.
• Analyze customer specifications, commercial requirements, and technical documentation.
• Develop winning bid strategies in collaboration with Sales and Business Units.
• Coordinate tender schedules and ensure timely proposal submission.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Define and architect optimal Schneider Electric solutions based on customer requirements.
• Select suitable products, systems, and services from Schneider Electric portfolios including:
  • Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Solutions
  • Protection and Control Systems
  • Energy Management Systems
  • EcoStruxure Solutions
  • Data Center Solutions
  • Industrial Automation Solutions
• Ensure technical compliance with customer specifications and international standards.

Commercial & Costing

• Prepare cost estimations, pricing calculations, and profitability analysis.
• Optimize solution design to achieve targeted margins while maintaining competitiveness.
• Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Support internal approval processes and pricing reviews.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the central focal point between:
  • Sales Teams
  • Application Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Supply Chain
  • Finance
  • Legal
  • Operations Teams
• Engage customers during clarification meetings and technical discussions.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Review contractual terms and conditions.
• Identify technical, commercial, operational, and delivery risks.
• Ensure tenders comply with Schneider Electric governance, ethics, and approval processes.

Continuous Improvement

• Maintain tender documentation and proposal templates.
• Capture lessons learned from won and lost opportunities.
• Drive process improvements to increase tender quality and efficiency.
