Job summary

WeCare Property Management is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to manage tenant inquiries, rental payments, tenancy records, and maintenance coordination. This is a fully remote position based in Indonesia, offered on an Independent Contractor basis.

• Ability to work remotely from Indonesia with a reliable laptop/internet.

Tenant Relation Officer - Remotely (Indonesia)

WeCare Property Management is a Malaysia-based property management company providing end-to-end services, from interior design and property makeovers to rental property management. With property management as our expertise, we are committed to delivering reliable, professional, and hassle-free services while protecting our clients’ best interests.

-This role is Independent Contractor basis, who can work remotely with own personal laptop.

About the Role

We are looking for a Tenant Relations Officer to manage tenant enquiries, rental payments, tenancy records, property maintenance coordination, and daily tenant-related matters to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. This is a fully remote position based in Indonesia, act as an Independent Contractor who working closely with our Malaysia-based team.

Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and property owners, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction for both tenants and owners.

Assist with tenancy agreements, renewals and tracking expiration dates to ensure that accurate records are maintained at all times.

Oversee rental collection, outstanding payments, utilities payments and bill processes, while ensuring the transaction records are kept up-to-date and accurate.

Conduct regular market research to analyze current rental trends and engage in discussions with company management to ensure competitive pricing.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks requested by the Company.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate or business-related course.
• At least 2 years and above of working experiences as Tenant Relations or in a similar role. Experiences worked as virtual Tenant Relations is an extra bonus!
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Responsive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Able to work remotely from Indonesia with a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection.
• Willing to under Independent Contractor role.
• Able to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
