Job summary

WeCare Property Management is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to manage tenant inquiries, rental payments, tenancy records, and maintenance coordination. This is a fully remote position based in Indonesia, offered on an Independent Contractor basis.

You will serve as the main contact for tenants and property owners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring satisfaction, assisting with tenancy agreements and renewals, tracking expirations, and coordinating market research on current

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Tenant Relations or similar role; virtual Tenant Relations is a bonus.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to work remotely from Indonesia with a reliable laptop/internet.
• Independent Contractor arrangement.
• Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
