Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (Summarecon Mall Makassar) seeks an Officer - General Affair to oversee daily office operations for the Makassar mall complex. You will manage facilities, assets, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth business operations.

This role emphasizes proactive administration, documenting assets and permits, and cross-functional collaboration. Fresh graduates are welcome; GA or facility management exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; GA/Facility Management experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of general affairs, office administration, facility management, asset management, and vendor management.
• Able to manage office facilities and operational requirements, including asset monitoring, maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Strong communication, coordination, administrative, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor office operational requirements, including facilities, equipment, and employee work-related needs.
• Monitor and maintain company facilities and assets to ensure they remain in optimal condition and function properly.
• Coordinate with vendors and relevant parties for goods and services, maintenance, and other operational requirements.
• Conduct regular record-keeping, management, and documentation of company assets and inventory.
• Prepare General Affairs activity reports and follow up on operational needs and issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Manage and coordinate the application, renewal, and documentation of mall related permits and licenses, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and requirements.
