Job summary

Sinar Mas Land is seeking a proactive General Services/Facility Management professional to plan and coordinate estate services across our properties. You will supervise vendors and ensure housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and other services meet agreed standards.

The role emphasizes monitoring cleanliness, safety, and operation of common areas, while coordinating with internal teams and providers to handle service requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably management, business administration, hospitality, facility management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in General Services, facility/estate/property management.
• Computer literate (MS Office, especially Excel and Word).
• Strong coordination, communication, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of general services, facility management, vendor management and operations.
• Able to coordinate and supervise vendors and service providers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate general services activities to ensure smooth operation of estate and facility services.
• Coordinate and supervise vendor-provided services (housekeeping, security, pest control, waste, landscaping).
• Monitor condition, cleanliness, safety, and service standards of common areas and facilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, technicians, and vendors for timely handling of issues and service requests.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services meet standards, schedules, and specs.
• Prepare periodic reports and analyze general services implementation and performance.
• Maintain documentation related to vendor activities, service schedules, work orders, and operational reports.
