Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited (CLI) invites a Manager, Tenant Management to join the tenant relations team for a Singapore mall on a 2-year contract. You will foster strong landlord-tenant relationships, analyse tenant performance, and explore opportunities for expansion through regular discussions.

You’ll need strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluent English and MS Office proficiency. Training, wellness programs, and volunteering opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Systematic, organized, and meticulous.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Sound understanding of the real estate and retail industries.
• Training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
• Track and analyse business performance of tenants.
• Engage tenants on performance discussions and opportunities for expansion.
• Conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions.
• Liaise with tenants on operational feedback and leasing matters.
• Support the Central Leasing team in lease management and administration.
• Ensure tenants adhere to lease terms.
• Ensure property tax levied aligns with committed rentals.
• Provide leasing reports to management, malls and other departments as required.
• Assist CM/GM on yearly budgeting and forecasting related to leasing income.
