Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 3 years in Customer/Tenant Relations, preferably in shopping center.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong communication, flexible, and able to handle complaints.
Marketing ability and a wide network of relationships.
Capable of handling events/promotions with deadlines.
Motivated, disciplined, honest, and have integrity.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, customers, and stakeholders through responsive service and professional resolution.
Conduct periodic tenant visits to assess needs.
Coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
Prepare periodic reports on tenant/customer status for management.
Ensure operational information is communicated to tenants and monitor occupancy.
Support events, tenant activities, promotions, and other property-related initiatives.
Monitor resolution status of complaints and requests.
