Job summary

Sinar Mas Land in Tangerang is seeking a Tenant Relations Specialist to manage tenant complaints, mediate with management, and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will conduct regular tenant visits, update tenant records, and communicate official information about rules and events to tenants. The role also covers unit handovers, permits, deposits, renovations, and deposits handling to keep tenancy operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 2+ years of experience in tenant/property management or a similar role.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow up on tenant complaints and mediate with management to resolve issues.
• Carry out regular tenant visits according to targets.
• Update the latest tenant data changes in the field.
• Inform and socialize official information (rules, events, etc.) to tenants.
• Manage tenant operations (handover, izin masuk/keluar, renovations, deposits).
