Job summary

Grand Indonesia invites graduates with a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management to join our front office team in Jakarta Pusat. The role focuses on delivering excellent tenant service and smooth daily operations.

You will coordinate incoming requests, complaints and inquiries, maintain tenants’ data, and build strong relationships with residents. Fluency in Bahasa and English is required, additional languages are a plus.
