Job summary

The successful candidate will monitor facilities, support Grand Indonesia's promotions, handle G CARD transactions, and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• SMA, D3, or Bachelor's degree from any major welcome.
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Responsible, reliable, and professionally presented.
• Outstanding customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard.
• Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia's promotional programs and activities.
• Administer G CARD transactions.
• Handle complaints with appropriate and prompt solutions.

Qualifications:

• Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree from any major are welcome to apply.
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.

• Able to speak other international languages is a plus point.
