Job summary

PT Toyota Tsusho Indonesia is seeking a Temporary Admin Staff to join our team on a 6-month maternity leave replacement, based in Central Jakarta. You will support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth processing of sales documentation and payments.

The role welcomes candidates with experience in sales administration or operational support and a strong eye for detail. This urgent assignment offers exposure to a multinational environment and the chance to contribute across Sales

Qualifications

Experience in sales administration or operational support.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of end-to-end sales documentation including invoices, tax invoices, and delivery instructions.
Basic knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics management and payment tracking.
High attention to documentation and data entry.
Strong communication skills to support sales and marketing.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new administrative processes and tools.

Responsibilities

Arrange sales documentation (Invoices, Tax Invoices, Delivery Instructions, and AP processing).
Track and control inbound/outbound inventory flow.
Monitor incoming customer payments and outgoing supplier payments.
Maintain clean and organized administrative filing systems.
Provide operational support to the Sales and Marketing team.
