Job summary

PT Berlian Terang Jaya is seeking a Finance Accounting Admin to join our finance team in South Jakarta. This maternity-cover contract role supports financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate records and timely processing of transactions.

Responsibilities include daily journal posting, GL maintenance, and processing payments through online banking, while collaborating with the bank and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or general accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.

Responsibilities

• Journal daily transactions and prepare a daily report.
• Maintain GL transactions and filing of documents.
• Create payments via online banking and liaise with banks as necessary.
