Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language required.
• JLPT N2 or higher proficiency in written and spoken Japanese.
• Ability to perform consecutive interpretation.
• Ability to translate documents accurately without altering meaning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Japanese–Indonesian translation and interpretation for meetings, discussions, documents, and daily business communication.
• Support Japanese management and Indonesian employees/departments in communication, coordination, follow-up, and daily business activities.
• Translate documents, emails, reports, and presentations between Japanese and Indonesian.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and management information.
• Handle process work and stay permit for expatriates (if any).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
