Qualifications

• Experience leading a telesales team (preferably B2B).
• Strong knowledge of telesales KPIs, funnels and drivers of conversion.
• Experience with call monitoring, QA and performance coaching.
• Excellent communication, leadership and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day telesales operations to achieve KPI targets (leads, conversion, revenue, quality).
• Coach, train, and motivate telesales agents; run performance reviews and improvement plans.
• Ensure lead handling and timely follow-ups; maintain pipeline hygiene (CRM updates).
• Monitor calls and conduct QA to ensure call discipline and script adherence.
• Improve conversion rates through coaching and process optimization.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports (team metrics, pipeline status, forecasting inputs).
• Collaborate with Marketing/Sales/Operations to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Handle escalations and support deal progression as needed.
