Job summary

CBQA Global Indonesia is seeking a motivated Telemarketing Staff to generate qualified leads, engage prospective customers, and support business growth through effective communication.

This role requires a Diploma (D3) and at least 1 year of telesales experience. You will conduct cold calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, present services, and maintain accurate records while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of telesales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and confident speaking voice.
• Target-oriented with persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiar with CRM or sales database systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments or handover qualified prospects to the Sales Executive.
• Present company services and answer customer inquiries.
• Close sales opportunities when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
