Education First is seeking an adaptive Telemarketing Supervisor in Jakarta to recruit, train, and oversee Telemarketing Agents. You will drive funnel performance initiatives and coordinate with marketing and sales to align processes.

Strong leadership and data analysis skills are essential. The role requires 3+ years in telemarketing leadership, a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, and willingness to work a 5-day week with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in Telemarketing/Sales leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work 5 days a week with weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of TMK to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct daily check-ins and performance evaluations.
• Provide training and coaching to develop team skills.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for funnel alignment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and effective handovers.
