Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and close sales
• Always strive towards meeting sales quota
• Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints/dispute

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or associate degree is a plus
• Minimum 1 year experience as tele-sales; fresh-gradutes are welcome to apply
