Job summary

PT. Samora Usaha Makmur (SAMORA Group) is seeking a seasoned QA/QC leader to oversee quality control across materials, in-process, and final products.

You will drive QA audits, ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal standards, and manage the procurement of chemicals for manufacturing in Cilegon, Banten. The role requires at least 5 years of managerial QA/QC/Laboratory experience, strong leadership, and a track record of process improvements in food or pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or food technology.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA/QC and laboratory functions.
• Solid knowledge of QC systems in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience in QA audit systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal and related standards.
• SPC certification/training with process monitoring experience.
• Willing to be placed at PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya, Cilegon, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Control quality of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and by-products.
• Manage procurement of chemicals and operational materials.
• Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of refining reports.
• Issue COAs for finished sugar products and ROAs for raw sugar materials.
• Prepare performance and material consumption reports to ensure processes run efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and product returns.
• Analyze and resolve quality, food safety, and supply chain issues.
• Evaluate product, process, and packaging developments prior to implementation.

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in QA, QC, and Laboratory functions.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in Quality Control (QC) systems within a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Having experience in QA audit systems.
• Having strong knowledge of Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, GMP, Halal, and other applicable standards)
• SPC (Statistical Process Control) certification/training with practical experience in manufacturing process monitoring and improvement.
• Willing to be placed at PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya (a member of Samora Group), Cilegon, Banten.

Responsibilities
