Job summary

PT AJEINDONESIA in West Java seeks a seasoned Quality Lead to oversee quality control and quality assurance across the food production process.

You will conduct audits, drive corrective actions, mentor a team, analyze data, and ensure compliance with BPOM, HALAL, and internal AJE standards.

This role requires 5+ years in senior QC/QA in food tech, a Food Science degree, and fluent English. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to sustaining safety and product excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior quality control or quality assurance role within the food technology industry
• Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and best practices in quality control
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience in leading and developing high-performing quality control and assurance teams
• Degree in Food Science, or a related field
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
