Job summary

TechnipFMC Jakarta is seeking an experienced Commercial/Tendering professional to manage the end‑to‑end quotation, tender and contract processes for complex industrial projects. The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and driving timely submissions from the Budget stage through to contract handover.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial operations, strong ERP experience (SAP/S/4HANA), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or equivalent mix of technical and commercial experience.
• 3–5 years in commercial operations, project management, tendering, procurement, contract administration or related functions.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas sectors preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or S/4HANA.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ITT (Invitation to Tender) and PQ reviews and lead quotation preparation per bid strategy.
• Act as focal point for preparation, compilation, and submission of techno‑commercial quotations and tender packages.
• Review tender requirements and coordinate with Sales, Aftermarket, Engineering, Planning & Procurement, QA, HSES, Finance and others for inputs.
• Prepare tender schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely deliverables.
• Organize bid kick-off meetings and tender review meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage tender tables of contents, commercial documentation, and supporting docs.
• Prepare and maintain Bills of Material (BOM) for quotations and proposals.
• Verify BOM accuracy against quotation layouts and customer specs.
• Develop and validate cost with Estimating & Tender Support Team.
• Coordinate order handover and launch activities after contract award.
• Initiate and facilitate order kick-off meetings with Engineering, EMS, Quality, Manufacturing, etc.
• Create and maintain sales orders within ERP systems and support contract execution.
• Coordinate TKDN requirements and ensure project budgets compliance.
• Communicate commercial deviations and contractual issues with Sales and customers.
• Monitor Local Content achievement during contract execution and support post-audit activities.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to review terms and commercial requirements.
• Support cash flow assessments and financial risk evaluations for bids and contracts.
• Coordinate payment term reviews and customer credit assessments with Finance.
• Follow up and secure approvals for legal and financial deviations.
• Prepare, review, and update vendor registration and renewal documents.
• Draft and coordinate formal correspondence and customer responses.
• Support contract amendments and PO revision processes.
• Review customer and regulatory TKDN requirements during tender stage.
• Develop TKDN strategies and optimize sourcing to meet targets.
• Prepare and issue TKDN calculations and declarations for tenders.
• Support HSE campaigns and safety culture promotion across activities.
• Participate in People & Culture initiatives and training campaigns.
