Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, procurement, or related field.
• 1–2 years of tender, procurement, purchasing, or project administration experience.
• Experience in property development, construction, engineering, or real estate preferred.
• Strong understanding of tender procedures, vendor selection, and bid evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end tender process, from tender preparation to contract award.
• Prepare and review tender documents, including Request for Quotation/Proposal, bid forms, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the tender process.
• Evaluate and compare commercial and administrative proposals based on company requirements.
• Prepare tender evaluation reports, bid comparison sheets, and recommendations for management approval.
• Maintain accurate tender records and ensure all processes comply with company policies and procedures.
