Job summary

PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor is seeking a capable Training Specialist in Jakarta Timur to deliver hands-on technical troubleshooting, repair procedures, and customer service excellence. The role designs and updates curricula, manages instructor schedules, and tracks training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor or Master in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years in the four-wheel automotive industry, and strong knowledge of workshop

Qualifications

• Bachelor / Master degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the four-wheel automotive industry, preferably in aftersales or technical service
• Strong knowledge of workshop processes and service operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and soft-skill training programs, covering hands-on technical troubleshooting, repair procedures, and customer service excellence.
• Design and update comprehensive training modules, curricula, and instructional materials to reflect product advancements, technical changes, and dealer requirements.
• Manage and execute training schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of instructor availability, facility logistics, and participant enrollment.
