Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor / Master degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the four-wheel automotive industry, preferably in aftersales or technical service
- Strong knowledge of workshop processes and service operations
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical and soft-skill training programs, covering hands-on technical troubleshooting, repair procedures, and customer service excellence.
- Design and update comprehensive training modules, curricula, and instructional materials to reflect product advancements, technical changes, and dealer requirements.
- Manage and execute training schedules, ensuring seamless coordination of instructor availability, facility logistics, and participant enrollment.
- Track and evaluate training records and attendance to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
