Job summary

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver programs for employees, technicians, operators, and customers. You will identify training needs, prepare comprehensive materials, and conduct technical sessions focused on heavy equipment and after-sales service.

Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, collaborating with Service, Technical, Sales, and HR teams, and monitoring training effectiveness while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, HR, or related field.
• Experience in training, technical training, after-sales service, or heavy equipment industry preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment, machinery, automotive, mining, or construction equipment is an advantage.
• Good understanding of training needs analysis and training development.
• Good presentation and communication skills.

Good understanding of training needs analysis and training development.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Able to explain technical information in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Able to work with different teams and communicate effectively.

Willing to travel to branches, project sites, or customer locations when required.

Mandarin or English proficiency is an advantage.
